 To guarantee customer satisfaction our refund policy includes a forty-five (30) day money-back guarantee on the Single and TWIN packs only. If we supply the wrong product or if the product is damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one, free of charge. If you are not happy with the product and it is not what you were looking for, we will refund your purchase price excluding delivery costs. Should you require and are eligible for a refund then the original USPS Mail charge of $7.91 (United States) or the Carrier charge that was used to your country will be deducted and we will gladly refund you once you have provided us with a valid reason.

The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed. Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. SnoreMate will not be liable for any foreign levies or added costs.

 

Shipping.

All items advertised on the SnoreMate website have an indication of the delivery time. The warehouse has a 2 day processing timeframe, followed by a 2-4 day delivery within the following countries, United States, and the rest of the world the shipping is done from our Head Office and it takes 10-14 working days from date of shipping. Unforeseen delays, seasonal peaks and delays at customs is outside the control of SnoreMate.

 

Agreements of Sale

An agreement of sale between SnoreMate and a user only comes into effect if and when:
A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on SnoreMate bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or A direct deposit is reflected on SnoreMate bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle.

SnoreMate reserves the right to refuse, to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. SnoreMate also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate.
SnoreMate shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, excluding the shipping cost. SnoreMate shall make all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices.
However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, SnoreMate will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
